News Limited’s 1 Degree Initiative is part of a research project at the University of Sydney investigating how Australian businesses are responding to the issue of climate change. As one of the case studies, interviews have been conducted with both decision-makers and employees across our business to help inform the phase one findings about the benefits of engaging employees in environmental sustainability initiatives at work. Phase two of the program will run in 2012, where the focus will be on more quantitative data through our annual 1 Degree employee survey. |
